Gabriela moved to Cambridge, UK, in 2011 and joined the Body and Motion Theatre. Later, she was part of a team of movement-professionals, led by Hadas Selbst, that created the Body Ko Theatre. In parallel to that work, Gabriela performed live art performances with CamMexSol, collaborated with conceptual artist Deanna Tyson, and worked with Cambridge University students. From 2016 she co directs Escuelita CIC where she leads theatre projects with bilingual children. Recently she has collaborated with Classworks Theatre as movement practitioner and performer. She has trained with Amit Lavat, Thomas Prattki and at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre. But now Gabriela is developing her work and research on body, movement, emotions and its expression through Embodied Theatre, an organization that she directs.
